This site is dedicated to the memory of Sue Gornall.
Welcome to my Tribute Fund. I have created this page to help raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, in memory of my mother, Susan Gornall, who passed away on the 18th April 2007 after being diagnosed with MND for 10 months.
Please consider making an online donation as I will be running the Great North Run at the end of September - I'm running for all with MND, and especially my mother, because each and every single person with MND are special, remarkable, brave, courageous human beings and the MND Assocation need to be recognised more for the absolutely magnificent job they do.
All money raised on these pages will be earmarked as being donations made via this Tribute Fund when they reach the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Thoughts
I have only just been told about Sue passing away.I grew up next door to Sue and we were best friends for many years. I was a bridesmaid at her wedding to Phill. It is so sad we grew apart after we both married, even though we only lived a couple of miles apart.I have lots of memories of the both of us as we were growing up and I will treasure these all the more now. Rest in peace Sue. All my love Marlenexxx

I met Sue during the later stages of her illness and although I only knew her for a short time, I was overwhelmed by her bravery,dignity,sense of humour and love for her family. Rest in peace Sue,x
